We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the carriers. When you purchase during a sale, the processing time is 3 to 5 business days. During major sales and holidays, our shipping time is 5- 7 to business days Holidays and weekends are not included in business days. If a package is returned Visage Cartel due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost! Visage Cartel cannot be held liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. After your order has been processed please allow 1-2 business for fulfillment.
